[FIXED] [Monk] Some missing racial spells/passives

Bug description: The Monk class does not receive all racial spells / passives as the other classes do. I've made a monk on each race and except for a few, they're all missing a couple of racials.

Here's the list:

• Human monk - Diplomacy (proof)
  
• Dwarf monk - Explorer, Crack Shot (proof 1, proof 2)
  
• Night Elf monk - Elusiveness, Wisp Spirit (proof 1, proof 2)
  Wisp Spirit does not appear in the spell book but when you die you are a wisp, so I don't know what to say about that...
  
• Gnome monk - Engineering Specialization (proof)
  
• Draenei monk - Gemcutting (proof)
  
• Blood Elf monk - Arcane Affinity (proof)
  
• Troll monk - Da Voodoo Shuffle, Regeneration (proof 1, proof 2)

And of course, all races (if you make a monk) are missing the following spell: Armor Skills (yes, it is informative, but it should be in there)


PS - If you die in Shadowglen (night elf starting zone, and you release spirit, you get sent to Sentinel Hill)
