Bug description: Ravage dosen`t work at all now, dosen`t proc once at 30 -40 sec , or how it was, dosen`t do anything, only once from stealth you can use it , then it`s useless. Maybe it`s becouse of the spam ravage that was few days ago, when ravage was bugged.

One of the spells (clearcasting or stampade) had to be disabled untill restart. For sure I made the wrong decision. Hopefully all is good from now on. Sorry for inconvenience.
