i am a german player can i set the game in german ?

also the full game .the questtext in german

i have in wtf config set all deDE but the questtext on english another thing all in german but i want quest with german text i want read the questtext

thats is on us-server

i am in the europa server

and i have in the wtf confic switch to deDE all but the questtext not german
