Bug description: Dodge and Parry with shred since Cataclysm. Did few topics so far, i have no idea who is closing them.

Same problem might be with Backstab.

happened also to me with shred

Confirmed.

For the spells that can only be used from behind a player should not be able to dodge or parry.

And they are not (I just tested and if i'm behind a player who has 120% dodge chance, i haven't been dodged), only if there is an additional effect that makes that spell usable while target is in front of caster.
Bring proof that even if target is if front of caster (with some effect) it should not dodge that attack.
