Bug description: If you reflect Execution Sentence with Diffuse Magic, the player won't receive full damage from the reflect. EX: Execution Sentence from a Retribution Paladin with full gear hits for 5-6k ticks and 45k final burst damage; If you reflect it back to the paladin with Diffuse Magic, it will only do 400 damage ticks and 6k final burst damage.

Diffuse Magic- doesn't reverse the damage properly, it gets increased by the monks spell power.
- should reverse the current dot timer, not to reverse it for its full duration.
