Lei Shen lost sigils

Details: (optional) I died during Lei Shen 10n encounter by being thrown off platform. The group went on to kill it. When they looted the gear the roll did not appear for me (not bothered by this as I know nothing dropped that I would have rolled for). After releasing and running back to boss to get the sigils that everyone got, I was unable to loot them. Whenever I tried to loot the boss the character stood back up and cancelled the loot window. I did however get the credit for the kill as this was my first kill of the boss and the achievement popped up.
