Bug description: First of all, in the wow Freakz spell there is an error, infact the correct is this:(http://imgur.com/a/FxVRn) infact this talent improves not only flash of light, but also divine light and holy radiance. Now, the problem is that judgment improve correctly mana cost and speed casting, but don't improves of 20% per stack the effect of divine light, holy radiance and flash heal.

I didnt do the math but heal is increased, and only when you heal others as it should. Its same with Flash of Light and Divine Radiance.
