Crafting Materials in Vote Shop

Hello, I was wondering if there's any possibility to buy crafting materials to level your for example engineering to max level for maybe 100 vote points, not sure what the price would be but I'd say around 100-150 would be a good price considering how much gold it would cost and how much time it would take if you didnt spend in game gold.
If there is anyway of doing this or if I should post somewhere else for a idea on how to improve the gameplay please message me

I mean you got lvl 600 in a proffesion for irl money but I was wondering if it's possible to use your vote points to get the same product, for example the lvl 600 engineering costs 7.30$ but you could use your vote points to get the same lvl 600 engineering. In my opinion you should be able to get lvl 600 on a profession with vote points but that's just my opinion. If I explained it badly pm me and I'll try to explain a little better

Crafting material enough to max level proffesion or max profession doesn't really matter but the crafting material to max level can be sold if not restricted
