Bug description:i don't know if it's intended or not but Divine Storm consumes both procs of :Divine Purpose and Divine Crusader

Divine Crusader should be consumed first.

watch with 0.25 speed, between 11:27 and 11:32, he gets both procs of Divine Purpose and Divine Crusasder, uses Divine Storm and only Divine Crusader is consumed

Confirmed.
If you have both procs Divine Crusader and Divine Purpose, the Divine Crusader proc should be consumed first by the Divine Storm.
