Bug description: The 2P bonus of this set is 100% useless. You don't have Regrowth as a Feral druid anymore on this patch. It should give your next Healing Touch a -2 sec cast.

The link you posted is from wod/legion, in 5.4.8 https://www.wow-freakz.com/wowhead/548/?item=30228 it was still affecting Regrowth (regardless of it being useless or not)
