Details: (optional) I died during Lei Shen 10n encounter by being thrown off platform. The group went on to kill it. When they looted the gear the roll did not appear for me. Got mass rezzed back onto platform but whenever I tried to loot the boss the character stood back up and cancelled the loot window. I'm not bothered about any gear that dropped as I don't need any gear from there but to the best of my knowledge Lei Shen has guaranteed drop for Sigil once per week shared accross difficulties and I feel like I lost my chance due to a bug...

It's not guaranteed, it's 50%, and we don't help anymore this, because it can be easily faked.
