Bug description: This quest is supposed to be provided by Senani Thunderheart ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=12696&&name=senani-thunderheart ) and returned to her after completion and isn't supposed to have any pre-requirement. Currently, the NPC doesn't provide that quest.
