Bug description: The quest doesn't appear to be taken from any NPC , i've looker around in the tavern , and went back to the mountain where you finish The Crown of Heaven but there is no follow up quest.
Proof: http://prntscr.com/c6dejj ; http://prntscr.com/c6depy ; http://prntscr.com/c6df2r , as you can see there is no quest given to you by anybody

The enemy will falter at the sight of you. They will fall as the light of righteousness envelops them!

The problem is , when shockeru announced Chapter III , he mentioned the achivement , he showed the Chapter III achivement has been earned and that involves the following 2 quests

As already mentioned, chapter 4 is not scripted yet, so I'll consider this an invalid bug report, have patience until we script it
