Hi! My wow app randmoly freezes with no special reason, mostly when I'm doing arenas. I reinstalled all of my drivers, reinstalled wow and verified all of my PC components and they work as intended. Also, it's the only game/app that freezes, I play other games and i don't have any trouble. I'm using windows 10. I appreciate any kind of suggestions. Thanks for your time!

I'm using Windows 10 and I don't have such a problem. Verify the CPU's use and the RAM's use in your PC while running WoW, also check if there is some other program that can make your WoW goes freeze. These are the only reasons I can think about your problem, but as I said, I don't have this problem.

When I'm in a 25 man raid my cpu is used 68% and my Ram 47%. Also, when I play games such as League of Legends, CS GO or something like this, I can stress the cpu until 100% listening to youtube, using skype,fb and so on and I don't have any problems. Also, the video card works fine, My pc specialist did some tests on every component. The only app that is making trouble is wow.

Then it might be some corrupted file in your WoW folder that's making this to happen. A couple of questions: Did you download WoW via Launcher (download while playing)? If so, please try to download the full WoW, and, if you downloaded the full WoW version, where did you download it?

@Vinsel

I downloaded both of the versions, the full version and the launcher but it happenned the same in every situation. The only thing I did in every case was to download at the first run the addons that I need for pvping ( from freakz and some from google like gladiatorlossa, because I haven't found a freakz version). THe full version I downloaded on my D: directory, which is only for games

Ok, I'm not an expert on this, but maybe the problem is some file from Freakz's launcher, which is making your wow to crash/freeze. If you are using a lot of addons, disable them and try to play without them to see what happens. Also, if you are using the HD models, try without using them. If any of those options solve the problem, then maybe is some file from the launcher.

I played without addons and with the minimum system requirements until it happened again. One thing I noticed is that the cpu usage when playing mop gets up instatly from around 50-60% to 99.9% and in one second comes back. The wow app take around 15-20% of cpu usage. It happens only when I play mop

Have you tried changing the DirectX version from the ingame menu? Most likely you have DX11 as an option. Try switching to DX9 and let us know if that made any difference.

Wow, I cannot believe that changing the directX would work. I was changing keys from regedit and it was actually that simple. No freezes until now. Ty very much, I hope this was it. But I don't get it why the directX11 would make problems, I have friends who are playing mop on Windows 10 with directX11 and it works as intended
