Disconnecting at the most awful times

Hello.
A lot of times recently when i play wow i keep getting disconnected at the worst possible times,for example in the middle of encouters.
Does anyone know what might be the problem about this?(note sometimes after it disconnects me and i reconnect the client crashes,forgot the error code tho)

Maybe an addon. Disable all addons and try again.

I don't know why but this happens when i am connected with an ethernet cable to the internet.
The cable is not cut or anything.
Found somewhat of a solution about 3-4 days ago.When i play on Wi-FI there are no more problems with random disconnects/crashes. :\
Kinda annoying but i guess i can live with it.
