TIMPI DE PREPARARE

Timp de preparare: 10 min
Timp de gatire: 15 min
Gata in: 25 min
INGREDIENTE

1 kg carne de porc
2 cepe roșii mici, tãiate fin
350 g ciuperci
130 ml vin Marsala/Pinot Noir
240 ml supã de pui
3 linguri smântânã
1 lingurã fãinã
3 linguri unt
3 linguri ulei de mãsline
sare și piper dupã gust
1 lingurițã pudrã de usturoi
PREPARARE

Una din cele mai gustoase metode în care poți prepara carnea de porc. Sosul acesta este unul de care te vei îndrãgosti cu siguranțã, datoritã aromei deosebite datã de explozia minunatã de ingrediente. Rețetã simplu de executat, dar cu un gust final sofisticat.
