[UI] Raid Info for various raids is not correctly shown

Bug description:
The fix you implemented in https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-Raid-Info-completed-Boss-encounters-t413823.html is not working, it seems to have broken the Raid Info. Currently bosses are shown available even if defeated, and the time sent to the player for the raid lock is random.
In the screenshot, all bosses were Defeated, and raid should unlock again next Friday ( 6 Days , whatever hours ).

By issuing a " /run print(GetSavedInstanceInfo(1)) " in my case, http://wow.gamepedia.com/API_GetSavedInstanceInfo

The respone is a Mogu'shan Vaults 10623 4294946646 3 true false 0 true 10 10 Player 6 4

4294946646 being the time ( epoch ) sent wrong to the player and "4" being the encounterProgress value needed to be corrected.

yeh its bug! hope fix it but this isnt important bug for prative servers
