Bug description: If you use Blackout Kick or Tiger Palm when you have their Combo Breaker proc ( Proc that makes them free, no chi cost ), they should still count to Brewing: Tigereye Brew.

Watch closely at 5:43, he uses an Rising Sun Kick ( 2 chi used ), then he uses an Jab ( that procs Combo Breaker: Blackout Kick ) and then he uses the Blackout Kick ( with Combo Breaker, that makes that Blackout Kick to cost no Chi ) - > He gets Tigereye Brew stacks again.

( So, the free spell was counted as ''Chi used'' for the Brewing: Tigereye Brew. )
