[FIXED] [Druid][Guardian] Bear Hug doesn't have DR

Bug description: Bear Hug isn't in the same DR category with other Stuns. Also, if the monk uses it, it should apply a ( immobilized ) debuff on the monk. The debuff works, only the Debuff icon isn't present on the screen.

In your bug report you only mentioned the symbiosis version, but the druid version Bear Hug was having the same problems. Fixed DR problems. The debuff on caster is just an unneeded visual
