[FIXED] [Item] Encrypted Twilight Text

Bug description: this item, and several other similar quest items, is not lootable, unless you are on one of the quests that require this item. However this should not be the case. This is a quest item, but you should also be able to loot it while not on the quest.
This quest https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=8319&&name=encrypted-twilight-texts is a repeatable quest which require 10 Encrypted Twilight Text. You cannot accept the quest, however, you can only turn it in when you gather 10 pieces of the required item. But since you need the quest in your log to be able to loot these items, you cannot repeat this repeatable quest.
No quest in quest log = no items drop.

My suggestion would be either making it possible to accept this quest, and appear in your quest log, or make the quest items not bound to the quest.
