Bug description: Malicion slain
Proof: No one can kill that dragon solo!
he boos and damage so much.
this quest for level 19! but that dragon 507k HP ! he kill me by 1 hit! 16000 damage! plz fix it. ty

The problem is not the NPC, his damage and HP are ok :
