Bug description: The Rupture damage is so low on players and even on non-player targets. According to the uploaded movie, this problem might be caused by Sanguinary Vein bug. Even with full combo points it damages players less than 20K in PVP combined.

The spell is working fine, there's no problem with it.
I would recommend for the future so you make some calculations before you just post a bug on the forum regarding the damage done by a spell.
