How to become vip/admin

Hello to everyone,

Please, can someone respond, how to become vip/admin on the like.freakz.ro server [Respawn + War3FT 17 RACES], IP - 93.115.83.163:27015
I am playing there every single day. I also would like to try new races there , but it's available only for vip or admins. Also i can see an opportunity to help you guys to watch for the discipline on the server.
Many times there was some cheaters and no one was able to ban them.
