Bug description:
- There are quest bunnies visible.
- You should use the quest item only in areas where the "fel fire" appears (as shown in the video below) but the bug is that you can use the quest item anywhere within the quest zone, and if you use it where a quest bunny is visible, you get complete the quest, the counter going full 7/7 instead of adding only 1.
- Also, when you use the item there is no cast bar visible.

Fixed ( except for the part with the spell visual )

Fixes will be live only after a server restart !
