Bug description: Temporal Shield should not take into account Battle Fatigue.
The current temporal shield heals almost nothing. You can test it yourself.

Well, excuse me. That was MoP 5.4 on the official server of World of Warcraft. If this "cannot be called proof" then you tell me what proof I can bring.
I can only bring proof for this subject from outside sources.
