[FIXED] [NPC]Shrine of Seven Stars NPC's missing dialogue

Here is a list of NPC that miss dialogue or don't have something from Shrine of Seven Stars, If you don't add the gossip ,at least the dialogue .Also tell me if I should look for more like these in important zones.

I'm just working on it. I will fix this ASAP. Now I'm trying to fix the NPC's from all big cities to make those as blizzlike as possibile and to "bring these cities back to life".
