I guess he means the range of initial healing? Cuz right now it's steady 5538 and it should be from 5240 to 5837. And the heal over time boost when casted on self is 50% instead of 100%.

Confirmed, the spell healing range should be 5240-5837.

Hotfix (2013-09-23): "Eternal Flame's heal-over-time effect is increased by 50% when used on the Paladin (down from 100%)."

Invalid, spell finder does NOT show damage/heal ranges X-Y, just the average (X + Y / 2), all good
