Every time i try to take flight or to travel to Vale of eternal blossoms Pandaria i get teleported to Dalaran.

Did you do the prequest which allows you to enter vale ?

Eastwind rest for horde, westwind rest for ally. Take the quest "Temple of the white tiger", and follow the questchain.
