Salut. Am si eu o intrebare, dar pana acolo vreau sa imi cer scuze daca nu postez unde trebuie.
Ok. Sa trecem la subiect. Acum ceva vreme jucam wow pe warul meu fury. Aveam 493 ilvl dar m-am lasat din niste motive personale.
Acum vad ca s-au bagat foarte multe raiduri noi si nu mai stiu ce sa fac.
Puteti sa imi spuneti de unde sa incep sa iau iteme?

OK sorry. So. I stopped playing wow some time ago because of some personal problems.
Back then i played on my fury war (493 ilvl - pve). Now i wanted to play again but it's hard because i am so far behind, because a lot of new raids were implemented.
The question was where can i start to get some items? because everyone seems to have like 560~ ilv and i can't do anything because i don't know where to start.

560 is pretty high, everyone has @530 if we talk about soo raiding.

you can do dungeons, there's the NPC which gives the quest under shrine, also raid finder. The main feature on 5.4.8 is the Timeless Isle, with 535 items, but you have to farm a lot. Let's say if you farm a whole day you can get an item, but go into a farming group, it's way faster and easier

max a proffesion and make urself 553 item, also 522 (or sell items and buy this kind of items)

and do daily quests to get charms, so you can get seals, so you can bonus roll at bosses

you know about charms and seals?

I think i saw some quest below the shire where you can exchange something into something but it was confusing and i let it there.
I will try to do some dungeons for the quest that you say.
And dailies? where ? Still in isle of thunder?

yes Isle of Thunder. There's 7 daily quests that can be done in 15 min once you know what to do, and you get 600 honor and 1500 gold.
also you can search for Timeless Coins farm groups, and you can make @50k in a day, which you can use to buy 535 items

well you can pick the PVE side of quests, which are 11, but gives justice and you can't use it for better gear than you have.

There are lots of new people trying to find a home on this realm but are unable to do so, because of the focus on ilvl and quick gearing. Stop, breath, enjoy the game.

That being said, here is what I posted on my guild's facebook page for the gearing challenged:

1. Timeless isle. 496 gear from chests. Quests around celestial court for valor and Vendors for gear with timeless coins. Burden of Eternity to upgrade a timeless gear piece (unopened!) to 535.
2. Run Heroic Dungeons and scenarios for valor, buy valor gear downstairs at the shrine. 489ish gear.
3. Valor gear at Niuzao Temple, 522.
4. Run any/every LFR (looking for raid) for 476-528 gear. Also gives you valor to buy gear. Buy reroll tokens downstairs at the shrine (50 lesser charms for 3 rerolls) for an extra chance at loot from LFR bosses.
5. Do one Celestial raid every week for 550 gear.
6. Level a profession to make your own gear. 476 (everything but jewelry) and two pieces of 522 (head, feet) and two pieces of 553 (legs, belt).
7. Make crap-tons of gold to buy the 522 and 553 pieces from AH.
Use any one of these routes or combinations of all of them.

I quite figured that out since I posted this topic. I hit 522 ilvl with my resto druid. But i'm not gonna but that 553 from ah because is 200~k gold and i have no idea how to make that.
I farmed quite a bit on timeless and now i have charms to exchange for all 3 types of currency down at shrine.
Now i just wait for the raid reset and i can start to do all.. I also finished valley of eternal sorrows and 2 bosses at gate of something xD.
I appreciate your help and can you tell me how to make these 200k gold?
