Bug description: NPC what suppose to give quest doesn't spawn after killing boss (to spawn i must complete quest chain, but even if chain completed NPC still doesn't spawn)

P.S. : While i was doing this quest chain, i realized that i was doing some quests in the wrong order. I did not know about it, i just worked on getting achievements, if it is my mistake , how do i get a pet ?
