Bug description: Atonement targeting is random. Should be smart heal. according to the video it heals random players not with the lowest hp, and it never targets priest himself when in party and in range with someone

So it should heal a guy with lowest HP then a current tank ( highest threat guy of persons who are attacking an priest attacked monster ?)
