Bug description: After recent fix (https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-Monk-Chi-Wave-vs-PvP-off-t430924.html), Chi Wave isn't usable on neutral/hostile targets (meaning NPCs, dummy), it says "invalid target" when trying to cast it and nothing happens.
Got no problem with casting it on myself/ally players
Proof: could post screenshot with "invalid target", but you wouldn't know what I was trying to do anyways
