Bug description: Reputation gained from killing outdoor mobs gets diminished even if you are in a 5 man or a less than 5 man group. Reputation diminish should start if the group will have more than 5 players.

This needs to be fixed ASAP since this faction was painful to get exalted with, on retail. Here is near to impossible. There are players farming everyday and they are still stuck at ~Honored~.
