Bug description: I don't have this in my bags. https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=32649&&name=medallion-of-karabor It's possible losed it between the patches. I made the previous quests excepting Shade of Akama quest in the previous patch.

Use item recovery function here https://www.wow-freakz.com/recover_items.php and try to see if you can find it there.If you can't I suggest you make a ticket and request to be given that item back.

WIth recovery items doesn't work, is only epic or rare. And i made a ticket and GM recommended me to make a post on forum.

It should work with item recovery because it's an epic.Also I don't understand why you posted here, you're suppose to post bugs about quests.The quest is working fine, the only problem is that you lost the item.I recommend posting here https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Recuperare-iteme-de-la-rollbacks-vote-f697.html about it and you should recover your item.
