Bug description: We didn't get ,,Realm First! Nefarian'' after defeating Nefarian on 10 man heroic guild Run.

Realm first is disabled for BWD. Same thing for BoT, Fl and To4w.

There's no reason to leave those acheivements enabled for such low level content
