Legendary quest chain - Tarecgosa

Hello!
I've just started the quest chain for legendary staff and right now I'm at Through a Glass, Darkly.When I enter in The Nexus I can not speak with Tarecgosa to activate the script also,the place named Nether Vortex can not be found...
But when I started asking on global chat if somebody actually did this quest Database Bot said it was completed by 416 players. Thinking
