Bug description: you can put ilvl limit on bg 470 min or something like that , this it's not normal to enter in bg full naked.

It's very normal. It's same as it is on Blizz. You don't have a requirement for normal Battlegrounds (itemlevel or rank or whatever).
If one player enters "naked" or with green items in BG is his problem. Since there was no entry item level on blizz there will not be here too.
