[FIXED] [Item] Reforged stats are not scaling with item upgrade

Bug Description: Reforged stats on upgraded items are not taken properly...tested on my chars and friends chars...same issue

Proof:
without my fully upgraded belt my mastery is 11189 http://imgur.com/a/FVFnK
i've reforged my belt and have 453 mastery http://imgur.com/a/5WeBa
so with my belt my mastery should be 11189 + 453 = 11642 mastery....but i'm getting only 11575 mastery http://imgur.com/a/YUdQj

this error is there with all the reforged stats on all upgraded items...reforged stats not scaling with item upgrade
pls check on this...thank you

some ppl might have noticed reduced stats tht happened 1 or 2 days before....this is wht happened to my chars

The issues goes only for heroic/heroic warforged items upgraded, from what i tested on my mage.

no....its there on all the items even tot ones...not only me checked on many guildies

There were various changed in that period to reforge, they eventually got fixed, I think there's no problem anymore
