Bug description: Word of Glory does not benefit from PvP Power Healing Bonus.

Proof: It only benefits from STR and Attack Power. Ilvl and Gear 527, 50% PvP power.

Word of Glory: 60-70k heal.

same here . confirm this bug but only outdoors. in arena/bg(with battle fatigue) works fine .
