Bug description: When i take the quest nothing happens . "Automatically when taking the quest, you get a follower - this follower will be the character whose spells/attacks you have to use. "

It doesn't work for me either... And that's the last teritory i need for Loremaster of Eastern Kingdoms (just two more quests).

Nope, won't work for me too. Can't complete this Quest and still need 2 Quests to do to for Loremaster of the Eastern Kingdoms.
