[REJECTED] bugged loot

hey ,i just finished a karazhan raid ,did it for the pets and the loot from the last boss ,Prince Malchezaar ,is bugged i took a print too and i'm waiting for my loot ,just tell me how i will get it ,through the mail or?

EDIT : forgot to mention ,i tryed even with "fetch" and it doesn't work neither.
