[Multiple] On-use trinkets in a macro with other spells.

Bug description: When macroed last, after another spell, the on-use trinket is delayed for a very short amount of time. For an example if I macro Starfall and Grievous Gladiator's Badge of Dominance together like this:

/use Starfall
/use Grievous Gladiator's Badge of Dominance

If I click on the macro once, Starfall will be used first and the trinket second after some milliseconds, causing Starfall not to benefit from the Intellect boost of my trinket.

And if I put a trinket first, before the other spells in a macro, for example:

/use Grievous Gladiator's Badge of Dominance
/use Starfall

Then the first click of the macro will only use Starfall, and the trinket will only be used the second time I click itthe macro
