No proof because initially I thought it wasn't a 100% drop chance nor a 1 time loot till my guildie told me about it.

attach a screenshot of the blazing chest location with your character and when did you loot it ?

It was 3-4 days ago (22/10 or 23/10) when I looted it during a coin farm with a raid group.
Yesterday then found out it's 100% drop.
