Vote shop reputation requirements

I really need Muddied Crimson Gloves for a transmog (only ones that fit it, link: https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=44116). When I looked them up on the vote shop, I found that you have to have revered rep with Frenzyheart Tribe, which I find weird, not only because I can buy it with ~30 gold directly from their vendor when I reach revered, but because the quests to reach it are bugged (had no option to kill the fish fella because he was marked as friendly, so I had to talk to him which made me hated by the Frenzyheart, and can't continue the fish rep because the quests are bugged).
Can't you just remove the rep requirement on the vote shop and make the items that require rep, simply more expensive, depending on the rep level required?

quest line is not bugged it works . use quest helper on site

I've already seen the helper, and it doesn't describe my situation.
I've done "Make the Bad Snake Go Away" (https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=12571&&name=make-the-bad-snake-go-away) and it automatically tried to accept the following quest in the quest chain (https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=12573&&name=making-peace), but it said I don't meet the requirements for that quest. So now I don't have it and can't accept it, can't build rep any other way.

But what about the rest of the suggestion? Are you going to take into consideration the reputation requirements on the vote shop?

Vote shop transmog gear is not manually added one by one, instead ALL POSSIBLE ITEMS in that ilvl range are automatically added. That reputation requirement warning is there for all items that require reputation so people won't get them by mistake thinking they can transmog it.

Unfortunately the reputation requirement CAN NOT be removed @ transmog, it's hardcoded in the client

Thanks for explaining! Also, I figured out how to do the quest. Apparently I needed a friend to do the same quests, and only after he accepted the escort quest could I get that quest.
