Hi,

Aftter killing Immerseus on heroic mode we were not able to get the loots after opening the chest. We did get the rolls window but nobody earned the loots. Could we possibly get them back ?

I was the raid leader, we regrouped right after because we were going to normal mode. We just wanted to do immerseus in heroic mode.
