Bug description: The quest cant be taken if the character have completed the previous quest (ID:31022) and didn't taken the current one quickly...there's no chance of re-summon the quest giver later and so the quest can't be completed.
Proof: /script print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(31022)) result: completed // /script print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(31026)) result:uncompleted

In order to have access at this script you need to have completed Kypari Zar and Gambling Problem. And incompleted The Root of the Problem.
