Bug description: NPC "Loramus Thalipedes" don't spawn in the Serpent's Coil after his Resurrection. You can see the Questionmark on the Map in the right Corner to complete the Quest, but there's no NPC.

Fixed it, also fully scripted the "reanimation" script to be blizzlike.
