Details: (optional)Ok here is the problem ...im farming skyshard over 4 months ...last week i got my last one ...then i fuse in skycrystal ..from last 2 days alani already killed by some one so last day its showing alive so i go for kill alone... i pull alani by using sky crystal ...i did 3 or 4 shot then im fcking DC at that time and when i reconnect alani evade ... so i write in game ticket ..they told me they cant help cuz they cant find any sky crystal in my acc ...but luckyly i have screen shot so they give me this site to recover my item...hope u help me...!! i have few screen shot ..and also in game player supp ANS also....!! I want crystal back cuz i want to kill alani ...!! Hope u guys can help me..!!
