Bug description: I've been doing the Longest Day achievement and completed all the requirements for all quests and unlocked every Grand Tamer but at a certain NPC Lydia Accoste will not give the quest to complete the achievement .I've been strolling around to see if I missed anything,I've gone to every NPC Tamer and there's no more quest's to complete. The NPC Lydia Accoste shows that it has a quest remaining but when i click on the NPC it shows no quest only the option to start a pet battle or see more info about it.I will provide proof on the links below.

Yes...I completed every quest from pet battles,even the celestial tournament.
