Bug description: This debuff should be consumed when you CAST Arcane Barrage but right now it is being consumed when barrage reaches it's target and deals damage (on spell hit) and this may drastically affect the mana management of arcane mages. If you stand at a long range from the boss it takes about 2-4 seconds for arcane barrage to hit so that the arcane charge may be reset.
